If you do not see your plan listed, please ask if I accept it. Sometimes for behavioral health services, the coverage is outsourced to another company with which I am contracted. If your insurance has given you my name as a referral and in-network provider, I am covered. However, many plans require that you call in advance of your appointment and request an authorization to be seen. If your plan requires this pre-authorization, please come to your first session with the authorization information in hand.
